Images and text generated by AI through the Service are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or originality of AI-generated content.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and others. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective platforms' terms of service. We are not responsible for changes or disruptions to third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Alder Creek Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
